SURERASE Disk Erase Customer Support
SURERASE Pro Reports Page Explanation
Once your results have been uploaded and registered, you will be presented with the SurErase Pro Reports Page, which provides an overview of the systems and devices that were processed with the SurErase USB Key that is currently inserted in the system.
Below is an overview of the Reports Page as well as a description of the available information on the page.

| Results are organized by Registration Date. This is the date that you uploaded your results to the SurErase results server. | |
| Within each Registration Date, results are organized by system, which is the system to which the erased devices were connected during the SurErase. For each system, we attempt to obtain the system type, the manufacturer, and the serial number. However, this information is not always made available by the manufacturer. Next to the system description, you can select to view the Configuration Report, which will provide more information about the configuration of the system, and the Consolidated Report, which combines the system configuration with any available SurErase results. | |
| SurErase attempts to capture the Drive Model for each drive attached to the system, whether it is erasable or not, in order to present the most complete configuration possible. | |
| For each Drive Model, SurErase attempts to capture the Serial Number, if it is made available by the manufacturer. | |
| If the drive was erased during the SurErase event for which this data was uploaded, the system date and time is captured and presented here. For computers that may have been sitting dormant for some time, this information may be significantly erroneous due to the interal battery dying. If a drive associated with the system is erasable, but the SurErase was aborted or failed, you will likely see an N/A in this column. | |
| If any reports are available for the drive, a link to those reports are presented in this column. The most common report is the Data Destruction Report which is assembled for any drive on which a successful SurErase is performed. In the above example, for instance, a report is available for the hard drive of the OptiPlex, but not for the Lattitude, becuase the SurErase for the Lattitude as aborted prior to completion. |
If you have problems or additional questions regarding the Reports Page, please see customer support and we’ll do our best to help you out.
